Location was excellent. Garage was a great asset. Apartment was clean and nicely furnished. We really enjoyed our stay in Hot-el Apartments in Glasgow, nothing to complain.

The apartment was as advertised, everything worked and the mattresses were great! Michael at the front desk was charming and helpful. A few suggestions: Salt and pepper in the kitchen would be nice. Some instructions on how to use the appliances for non-UK residents would be very helpful. Trash removal - we had quite a pile by the end of the week. Directions to the nearest rubbish bin would be appreciated. Also, some way to recycle plastic bottles, Coke cans, newspapers, etc. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely book again.

5 girls down for the weekend, stayed in a two bedroom apartment with plenty of space.  The apartments were clean and had everything we needed, although the beds are a bit on the small side!

Great central location.

Will be back again soon I'm sure!

I booked four of these apartments for a group of friends to celebrate a hen weekend and we all had a fantastic time. We cannot fault the apartments. They are clean, spacious and have excellent fittings and facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Thank you very much for a great stay.

The location of Glasgow Central Apartment is excellent. It is close to the train station yet on the quiet side of the town.

I carelessly left my camera on the taxi while I was on my way there, and the hotel staff did their best to help me tracked it. I was truly grateful.

All the facilities in the apartment were great, except the microwave/grill oven, to me, it  was a puzzle...

Our stay was overall very enjoyable and the location was brilliant.

Our only recommendation would be to have the carpets replaced as they have seen better days.

We would definitely come back again and have already recommended to friends and work colleagues.

The apartment was immaculatly clean and very comfortable.  The beds were lovely and the sheets and towels first class.  The showers were great.  The staff were extremly kind and helpful.  The location was perfect for many reasons.  I'll never settle for just a hotel room again.  Having a kitchen and sitting room made our stay so much more enjoyable.

The property is well positioned and generally well equipped. The staff are courteous and helpful. The parking facilities are excellent - but why is it necessary to charge extra for them? We stayed in apartment 7.4 and in the spirit of making honest constructive comments relating to accommodation which is by no means cheap please note the following, not in any order of importance: - The carpet in the living area has a large burn on it. The carpet in the hall has a large mark on it. Generally, the carpet is cheap and tired and badly needs replacing. Likewise, the plain white paint is showing its age. The freeview box did not appear to be working. One has come to expect not only soap to be provicded in high class accommodation but also shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There was at least one broken light bulb. The design of curtain rail prevents the windows from opening properly. A loo roll holder would be useful. These matters, with the exception of the carpet which really does give a terrible first impression, are minor. The combination of them detracts from an experience which was otherwise good. A Kelbrick

Excellent reception staff: Michao and Anita, apartment was great-kitchen digi tv oven microwave washing machine. Great location in the centre of Glasgow.
One tip: if you want to have a good hot shower you should switch on the heating just before, I know it sounds daft but worked for me.

We stayed here for the 4th time in 2yrs as it's close to the train stn and easy access to the SECC.  The apartments are very spacious and well worth the money for self catering. The staff member who greeted us upon arrival was very pleasant and nothing was a problem for him to do for us.  Great location with Lidl, Somerfield and Tesco Metro within a few minutes walk.

A few more kitchen items would be handy though as they aren't that expensive.  Not much toilet paper in the toilet upon arrival. A few hassles taking card payment due to connection errors.  Last year it took more than 2 weeks and 8 phonecalls to refund my credit card holding deposit.  We also had a hassle getting the free gym access to LA Fitness which we get every time we stay here, but a simple phonecall sorted that. Were told it's only free if you book through the promotional websites. If you book directly with hot-el apartments it's a £5.00 fee each time you use it.  Usually it's the other way around!  Carpets are quite marked but that can be put down to they fact a lot of hen's/stag/sports parties stay here and is misused.

But otherwise a great stay and nice spacious place to chill out . Beds are very comfy and shower pressure is great too!  Will definately stay again.

Although staff were friendly and helpful and appartment well appointed there were a few niggles that could have done to have been sorted. The lift was broken (I'm not really complaining about that - just bad luck) and as I walked up the 5 flights, the carpet stopped and was replaced by bare concrete as if the building had not been completed. All floor landings looked the same without numbers to tell you which you were on. The 'double' bed was two single beds put  together. (a cheeky way of making twin and 'double' rooms but not something expected in a £70+ a night  hotel). The carpet had been badly stained in places. The cooker controls were bizarre in that the timer had to be on before the elements would work - no instruction manual was provided, which, if it had been, would have avoided me thinking it was broken for the first night, and troubling the receptionist in the morning. Although hotel-like touches such as towels and tea and coffee makings were provided, there was no shampoo/shower gel, which would have been a nice touch.

All in all, reasonable value but could so easily have been a lot better if care were taken over these details.

We booked the apartment for a girlie shopping / concert weekend in Glasgow.  We were late on arriving, but the staff were ready & waiting, in fact the staff over the whole weekend were outstanding and incredibly helpful.  The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and well above our expectations, sorry for finishing all your teabags tho.

To be honest the whole weekend was fantastic and the apartment helped make it so.  We will definately stay here or any other Hot-el Apartments again and will have absolutely no problem recommending them!

We booked a two bedroom apartment near the station, as we wanted to travel to Edinburgh (which was full). We were delighted with the apartment, it was roomy, clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. We were able to cook our own breakfast each morning, and relax when we got home at night. Although we mainly were in Edinburgh, it was good to be so central in Glasgow so we could see something of that as well, and we were near the station which made travel easy. We were a couple, with two friends, and the apartment was plenty big enough for four people. Quite happy to have stayed longer, and will certainly consider it again.

Very warm welcome from very helpful reception staff.  Apartment was bigger than we expected.  The kitchen was well equipped and the general layout of the rooms worked very well.  Unfortunately, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable as it was 2 single beds attached in the middle and one was higher than the other i.e. less worn!  Even when my husband slept on the sofa bed (which was a better bed), I had to lie across it diagonally to get any sleep. The sheets also didn't fit the bed!

Otherwise, it is very well located - very close to Central station and alll the shops. Gym facilities and parking were a great bonus.

Would stay again but would check first if the beds had been replaced!

We spent two nights at Glasgow Central apartments and found it to meet all expectations. Plenty of space for 3 people, excellent amenities, excellent location, clean and spacious. We would definatly stay again as we were impressed and found the front desk staff to be helpful, courteous and polite. A stress free stay we were "home from home" comfortable and would recommend the apartments for use by anyone from business people, families, large groups and singles. No complaints at all!

Fantastic apartments in fantastic location.

Very spacious and comfortable.

A few more utensils in the kitchen (more than 1 saucepan) and teatowel would have made our stay a perfect 7.

My partner and I stayed at these apartments for 2 nights in April after she booked them on-line. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well decorated as well as having all that one could need for a short stay. The staff at reception were very friendly and I would have no hesitation in staying again or recommending these apartments to friends.

Absolutely superb accomodation with top class facilities. We were in Glasgow to celebrate a special family birthday and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. Staff were brilliant and the kind assistance given to us by Michael in helping sort out a mistake which we had made with our booking was very much appreciated.

If you're looking for excellent accomodation in a central location, there is no need for you to look any further: book it now! We'll definitely be back. Many thanks.

Superb stay for 2 nights. Would use again. Accommodation far better than expected for a family of four, (2 bedroom appartment). Clean & tidy, staff friendly and very helpful.

Car parking is secure in buildings basement, and as an added bonus I was allowed to leave my car there on day of departure after checking out, (whilst the other half did some more shopping for a few hours).

Only negative was its hard to find, by that I mean it took me about a minute to figure out. (No big hotel sign outside).

Location was excellent, the apartment spacious and modern and it contained everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and service minded. The only drawback was that there was no maid service at all during our 3 day stay and things like rubbish we had to dispose of ourselves. There were also several lightbulbs not working. We informed the staff, but they were not changed.

All in all though a very pleasant stay and we will definetely come back and recommend to others. It is so much more comfortable than a hotel room, and very good value for money.

Very clean, tidy and functional apartment. Only needed a one night stay, and so compared very well indeed to a hotel room. Would happily have spent a working week there. LA fitness was superb and a great facility to be included in the price.

I had a very enjoyable stay. Accomadation was in ver y good condition. It was nice to have ready plenty of tea bags/ coffee & washing up liquid on arrival.

The staff were all very helpful & friendly.

The private car park was easy to park & very convenient. Added to that the free use of the LA Fitness which was an added bonus to my stay. The apartment was quiet & very warm, ideal as I work shifts.

My only negatives which are minor are the following;

It was difficult to initially find as there are no signs clearly directing to Hotel- Apartments off Oswald Street. If I knew it was part of the FUSION apartments I would have found it sooner. That won't be a problem now I know where the place is but may be difficult to new customers.

The second was the lift. I was staying on the 5th floor. On the Friday at 2.15pm I was waiting to get the lift to go to work. I heard the lift shut just below me on the 4th floor. It then stopped at every single floor below me & paused while boxes & bottles were unloaded. It was the same stopping at every single floor until it reached the basement. Then it stayed  there for a time? It was obvious the cleaner was using the lift. I pressed for the lift many times as it was descending but it was ignored. In the end I gave up waiting & used the stairs to get to my car & to work on time.

Apart from these minor mishaps I was very happy with my stay & I have already recommended your place to my fellow workers who stay in Glasgow. I will stay again when I come to Glasgow..

5 Ladies had a very good weekend in Glasgow.  The accommodation and facilities were great.  We had a problem with the heating one evening which was fixed along with a block in the shower but we all enjoyed ourselves.  Would definitely use this or a similar apartment in Glasgow or Edinburgh following our stay.

Fantastic value and we were very well looked after. The concierge was particularly helpful. My only comment would be that there were a few things listed on the web site that were not available - hairdryer, dvd's etc that had we known were not available we would have brought with us. Otherwise we will certainly be using you again.
