From Edinburgh International Airport

  • By Bus : Air Link (#100) runs in every 10minutes between Airport & Waverly bridge (City centre, near Princess Street) is available at the terminal forecourt outside the main terminal entrance. Taxis or Local Buses (#8,17,23,27&36) are available from the Waverly bridge to Hotel.

  • By Shuttle Bus : Edinburgh Shuttle provides a door-to-door shared minibus service between Edinburgh Airport and the Hotel. The single fare is £9 and there are reduced rates for passengers travelling together to the Hotel. Services run every 15 minutes from outside UK-Arrivals Terminal. For more information or to book, call 0845 500 5000 (within the UK)

  • By Taxi : Edinburgh Airport taxis are available 24 hours a day. The fare to hotel is approximately £18, depending on traffic.

  • By Car : Head south on Gogar Bridge Rd (0.4 mi), At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto E Field Ave (0.2 mi), At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Eastfield Rd, Go through 1 roundabout (0.5 mi), Take the ramp onto A8/Glasgow Rd (1.7 mi), Slight left at Glasgow Rd (197 ft), Turn left at A902/Maybury Rd, Go through 1 roundabout (1.5 mi), Slight right at A90/Queens Ferry Rd, Continue to follow A90 (1.9 mi), Turn left at A902/Telford Rd (1.2 mi), At Crewe Toll, take the 3rd exit onto A902/Ferry Rd (1.1 mi), Turn right at B901/Inverleith Row, Continue to follow B901, Go through 1 roundabout, Hotel will be on the left.

  • By Bus : Lothian Buses (8,17,23,27&36) run regular services to Canonmills stop near the apartments. Night buses (#8&27) are also available. Single trip is £1.10/- & Day Ticket is £2.50/-

  • By Taxi : Taxis Fare to Hotel is approximately £6-£8. City cabs Tel # +44 (131) 228 12 11.

  • By Car : Turn right to stay on A8/Princes St, Continue to follow A8 (0.2 mi), Turn left at A900/Leith St (0.2 mi), At Picardy Place Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto B901/Broughton St, Continue to follow B901, Go through 1 roundabout, Hotel will be on the right (0.7 mi)

Should these times be impractical please call your concierge at the Canon Apartments on 0131 474 7000.
We are able to make exceptions to these check in times, within reason.

CANON COURT STANDARD CHECK- OUT TIME : 10:00HRS

Late checkout’s can be arranged at a cost of £10.00/- per hour – Please arrange this with the Concierge Team before your arrival or on day of arrival. Luggage Storage facility is offered at the reception with a minimal charge of £2.50/- per item.

CANON COURT APARTMENTS CAR PARKING / DISCLAIMER NOTICE

Underground / Onsite parking can be arranged free of charge. Please arrange this with the Concierge Team before your arrival or on day of arrival. You can also pre-book with our Sales Team.

Guests can park at their own risk & the management cannot accept liability for accident, loss or damage.

CANON COURT APARTMENTS RECEPTION / OFFICE HOURS

Reception hours are 8am-8pm.
Emergency On call services are available from 08pm-08am. Please note that this service is available only for Night Check-ins and Extreme emergencies.

CANON COURT APARTMENTS WEEKLY SERVICE / REFRESH

Guests who book our apartments for more than 7 nights will receive complimentary linen and towels change once a week.
Daily service can be arranged with the Concierge at an extra cost.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Information
    Much of the accommodation information provided on our web site and by our reservation centre is supplied by each apartment. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure that all information provided online, by telephone and facsimile is accurate, hot-el-apartments cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions it may inadvertently contain.
  2. Availability
    Confirmations are made by hot-el-apartments.com on the basis of availability information supplied by apartments. In the l-unlikely event that hot-el-apartments is advised that a apartment is not available after hot-el-apartments.com has issued a confirmation to a guest, hot-el-apartments.com reserves the right to cancel the reservation with a full refund to the guest. Under such circumstances hot-el-apartments.com’s liability is limited to the payment received for the accommodation booked via hot-el-apartments.com and now being cancelled. This liability does not extend to travel commitments or other costs. In such an event we would naturally do all we can to offer alternative but equivalent accommodation.
  3. Extending Your Stay
    Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and are subject to a possible rate change.
  4. Preauthorisation
    Upon arrival hot-el-apartments.com reserves the right to request preauthorisation of the guest credit or debit card for £200 per apartment as security against any damage and incidentals.
  5. Damage Liability
    It is expected that the apartments are left in a clean and tidy order. You are responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents during your stay which has occurred due to negligence or omission. Any damage must be reported to us without delay. Any lost property will be held for 14 days and if it is not claimed it will be donated to a local charity. Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge guests who cause disturbance to other guests and tenants.
  6. Payments & Confirmations
    In order to confirm your reservation hot-el-apartments.com requires a 30% deposit of the total value of the booking, the balance of which is due on arrival. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a hot-el-apartments.com reservation number. Hot-el-apartments.com accepts no liability for people who arrive at the apartment accommodation before receipt of this reservation number.
  7. Cancellations and alterations
    If you need to cancel or change your accommodation and provide hot-el-apartments.com with 28 days notice. All cancellations need to be received by hot-el-apartment.com in writing either by e-mail or fax and will only be effective on the date of written receipt. Hot-el-apartment.com advises guests to obtain personal travel insurance covering their accommodation.
    The following fees will be applied to the total value of the reservation for any cancellations received within 28 days of the arrival date:

    28 Days =         10% Cancellation Fee
    14 Days =         25% Cancellation Fee
    7 Days =           50% Cancellation Fee
    48 Hours =        75% Cancellation Fee

    Refunds are credited to the card/method used for payment.
    Alteration fee – all alterations will incur a £10.00 Admin fee.

  8. Accepted forms of payment
    All major debit/credit cards, American Express and bank transfers. Please note that a reservation remains a provisional one until the deposit/full payment has been received.
  9. Occupants
    Only persons notified to us prior to arrival may occupy the apartment. The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available and this limit may not be exceeded.
  10. Complaints
    Hot-el-apartment.com has made every reasonable effort to ensure the freshness, quality and value of your accommodation. In the event of a complaint, guests may contact hot-el-apartment.com during their stay at the apartment and we will do our utmost to assist you. However, ultimately we cannot accept liability for guest dissatisfaction with a apartment. Hot-el-apartments.com cannot assist guests who first submit complaints after departing the hotel accommodation.
